- 30-day return window after delivery. Items must be new, unwashed and with original tags.
- Custom & clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping.
- Personal reason returns: Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- All refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
